Every event has different opening hours.

Swimming pools

13hrs. to 20hrs.
Nota: Those who purchased tickets or ( Pre- tickets, general entrance & VIP entrance) or VIP zone, in the beach club area, can remain in the Garden zone after 20hrs to 00hrs.(if this area is still open)
You will be able to use your VIP ZONE until the area where you book close. Except special events that indicate in your ticket what time the party finishes.

We reserve the right to decide whether the establishment opens or closes at other times for justifiable reasons

∙ Minimum age:
Access to Oceans Calvia Beach is restricted to people under the age of 18.

∙ Clothing:
It is not allowed to enter barefoot, in sportwear, naked, bare chest…
We make no difference among genders.

∙ Behaviors:
Customers should behave suitably inside the complex. It is forbidden to disturb the order and bother other customers. It is not permitted to cause scandal or any kind of aggression towards workers or clients.

∙ Swimming pools:
∙ opens from 13:00H to 20:00H Customers at our terrace and restaurant are not allowed to use the swimming pool. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use for customers who reserve VIP zones or VIP entrances for the day . Minimum age being 18. Towels are allowed, you can bring your own towel, or you can rent to our receptions with 10€ of deposit. Customers should commit to the rules and regulations of the pools use stipulated in the enclosure.
∙ It is forbidden the use of float, mats, or any object does not provide by Oceans Calvia Beach.

∙ Personal belongings:
Oceans Calvia Beach will not be responsible for any loss, damages or theft in cash, jewels or other valuable items in the complex.

∙ Pets:
Oceans Calvia Beach will not permit the access to the complex with any animal with the exception of guide dogs.

∙ Laws:
In accordance with the law of the conseil of Baleares, in which it is approved the “reglamento general de admission de personas en el establecimiento de espectaculos publicos y actividades recreativas”, access and stay will be denied to the premises in the next assumption:
∙ If the capacity limit is reached.
∙ If closing is exceeded.
∙ If the person lacks the minimum age to access the complex, according to current regulations.
∙ If the person who attempts to have access has not paid the pertinence fee or the seats in the case that these are required.
∙ If the person shows a violent behavior, especially, if the person behaves aggressively or causes altercations, causes dangerous situations or bother other customers, or even if the person does not respect hygiene conditions.
∙ If the person carries weapons, or objects which are suspected of being used as such. In accordance with the current regulations, it is only permitted the access to the security forces of the complex or bodyguards belonging to private companies, and always accessing the complex during the exercise of their duties
∙ If the person is consuming drugs, narcotics, substances, or psychotropic drugs, or shows symptoms of consumption, and the ones showing very evident signs of drunken disorder.
∙ If is causing any disturbing noise which is interferes with the normal functions of the complex.
∙ If attitudes against the safety rules and A lack of cleanliness are adopted.
∙ If someone infringes the social order of the establishment.
∙ However, and in the cases described above, the person is obliged to cover the expenses of the damage.
∙ The complex reserves the right to claim compensations for any damages thefts or deteriorations caused by the clients.
∙ Customers will only be allowed in reserves areas and will not have access to any private or restricted areas. A dress code will be established for this purpose.
o Entry to the venue is at the discretion of the manager, any person who refuses to comply with any regulation related to bathing or swimming.
∙ public must leave the facilities.
o In extreme cases, the venue may change my specific reserved bed to another bed/table.
o Bed prices are subject to change during the season at the discretion of Management, we are not obligated to reduce the price of any.
∙ pre-booked bed in case the price of other similar beds is reduced at a later time.
o We are also not required to notify customers to inform them of a price change for other beds.
∙ neglected personnel.
o By entering Oceans Calvia Beach, you agree to be photographed or filmed and agree that the resulting materials will be used for commercial distribution, publication and Oceans Beach communications, without payment or royalties.
o Food and drinks purchased elsewhere cannot be consumed inside the beach club.
o We ask all customers to immediately report any missing items to the Manager on Duty.
o No diving into the pool. This situation will cause an immediate expulsion.

Refund general policy:

In the event of force majeure or bad weather, guests with bed reservations and tickets may be offered to attend on another date (subject to availability);

Refund tickets Vip entrance & General entrance policy:

Tickets sales are non-refundable.

“We kindly inform you that refund policies managed by external promoters are not the direct responsibility of the beach club. Therefore, for any inquiries or requests regarding this matter, we recommend contacting the respective promoter directly.”

“Tickets purchased are linked to the specific schedule of the corresponding event.”

“Refunds can only be processed if our refund insurance policy has been previously purchased through our platform.”

Refund VIP Zones Policy:

o If the venue is open, but you no longer attend, this is taken as a cancellation, we cannot move your date. However, please contact our team as we may be able to offer date transfers in certain circumstances.
o All deposits are non-refundable.
If you are no longer able to make your reservation, you will not be responsible for paying the remaining balance; however, the deposit cannot be refunded.
You will be able to cancel your reservation 72h before the date of RSV to get a 70 % refund if you paid in full. After this 72h, your will be non-refundable.
The entry time to the VIP areas is stipulated at 2 hours after the doors open. If the event starts at 13:00, we will reserve your area until 15:00. Non-attendance before 15:00 (the 2-hour period) indicates a NO SHOW, so the VIP area is released.

“Access to the VIP areas is scheduled for 2 hours after the doors open. If the event starts at 13:00, your area will be reserved until 15:00. Non-attendance before 15:00 (within the 2-hour window) will be considered a ‘No Show,’ resulting in the release of the VIP area and the total loss of the payment, with no refund available.”
