Rules and Policies of Oceans Calvia Beach
General Information
- Minimum Age: Access to Oceans Calvia Beach is restricted to individuals over 18 years old.
- Pool Hours: Open daily from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Dress Code
- Entry is not allowed barefoot, in sportswear, nude, or with a bare torso.
- No gender-based restrictions apply.
Code of Conduct
- Guests must behave appropriately within the complex.
- Disrupting order, disturbing other guests, causing scandals, or any type of aggression towards staff or guests is prohibited.
Pool Use Policies
- The pool is exclusively for clients who book VIP areas or VIP day passes.
- Guests in terrace and restaurant areas are not allowed to use the pool.
Towels
- You may bring your own towel.
- Towels can also be rented at the reception with a €10 deposit.
- Pool use must comply with the rules established on-site.
- The use of inflatables, mats, or objects not provided by Oceans Calvia Beach is prohibited.
- No Diving: Diving into the pool will result in immediate expulsion.
Personal Belongings
- Oceans Calvia Beach is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of money, jewelry, or other valuables within the complex.
Pets
- Only guide dogs are allowed access to the complex.
Admission Policies
Access may be denied or restricted in the following cases:
- When the venue reaches maximum capacity.
- Outside of opening hours.
- If the individual does not meet the minimum age requirement.
- If the corresponding fee or reservation has not been paid.
- If the individual displays violent behavior, causes disturbances, or endangers others.
- If carrying weapons or prohibited items, except for authorized security personnel.
- If visibly under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- If generating excessive noise, violating hygiene rules, or disrupting the establishment’s order.
Additional Rules
- Guests must stay in designated areas and avoid private or restricted zones.
- Consumption of food or drinks purchased outside the club is not allowed.
- Management reserves the right to decide on entry and enforce the dress code.
- Guests agree to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
Refund Policies
General Refund Policy
- In cases of force majeure or bad weather, clients with reservations may receive an alternative date (subject to availability).
Ticket Refund Policy
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Refunds are managed by external promoters. For any inquiries, contact them directly.
- Refunds are only available if refund insurance was purchased at the time of booking.
VIP Area Refund Policy
- If the venue is open but the client cancels their reservation:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made 72 hours before the reservation date will receive a 75% refund if the full amount was paid.
- After 72 hours, all payments are non-refundable.
- VIP areas are reserved for up to 2 hours after doors open (e.g., if the event starts at 1:00 PM, the reservation is held until 3:00 PM).
- No-shows after this period will forfeit their reservation and payment.
